6:00 – 7:30 AM: Hotel Pick-Up

  • Drive south to Shimoni, near the Tanzania border (approx. 1.5–2.5 hours depending on start point).

  • Light breakfast/snack en route (some packages include this).

 8:30 AM: Arrival at Shimoni Jetty

  • Meet the crew and receive a briefing.

  • Board the traditional Arab dhow, fully equipped with safety gear, shaded deck, and life jackets.

9:00 AM: Dhow Cruise & Dolphin Spotting

  • Set sail towards Kisite-Mpunguti Marine Park.

  • Keep an eye out for bottlenose dolphins, often seen playing near the dhow.

  • Occasionally, humpback whales (in season: July–Sept).

10:00 AM: Snorkeling in Kisite Marine Park
